In 2023 . . . We broke our back. The hardest droug

In 2023 . . . We broke our back. The hardest drought hit Texas. Our pond dried up. All the fish died. The property greatly suffered and our livelihoods did too. I’d never felt so defeated. It was a dark place to be. But God. God told us to spend money when we struggling to secure new bookings and even questioning our identity in this big world of “event venues”. But we complied with the word that we heard from Him. And we spent money! 2023 new groom’s room! Spring 2024 new brides room AND remodel of the outside space! Summer 2024 remodel of the inside space! And in September 2024 we put in a well so I would never have to sit at the edge on the pond again and cry for all my dead fish. And we aren’t done yet! We have some new followers here, so I just wanted to take a minute and introduce or re-introduce ourselves!

We are the CCR team and we love helping our clients plan and host their special days and events at our 42 acre venue.

Our venue is serine, unique, peaceful and private. Our packages include many of your most import items for a successful event, such as catering, linens, coordination, and fresh florals. Our floral designs are custom and curated specially for each client’s desires.

With over 40 years of combined experience, we are here to help you plan and prepare for your big day and when that day comes, work hard so you and your family can be truly present to make all the memories and moments imprint on your mind forever.

Our Texan hearts are broken at the continuing devastating news coming out of the Kerrville area. I have already made a personal donation but I wanted to give our CCR family a moment to come together and give together too.

In that spirit, we are offering the following:
1. Booked clients: pay your facility rental balance, reception services balance, or both, by July 15th and we will give $100.00 of it to the relief efforts.
2. Prospective clients: book your wedding/event by July 15th and we will give $150.00 from your deposit to the relief efforts.
